This site is a dedicated support resource for Tweak resellers. To prevent your clients from accessing reseller-specific information that you may prefer to keep private, a separate, unbranded Client Support System exists for your clients.

You can search our knowledge base articles, browse public issues in the discussion area, or start a new discussion if you’re having trouble.

If you take the time to create an account, you’ll be able to post private issues (that only yourself and our support team can see) and track your existing issues. However, if you don’t want to create an account, you can still create a public issue in our discussion area.

Please note that we cannot provide support and instructions for how to code HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. Tweak CMS requires that you are proficient in these technologies. We're happy, however, to suggest online resources that you may find helpful in learning HTML and CSS.
